  • Flexible Points Program: Their "DogBones" program awards points for every customer interaction. Customers earn DogBones for each dollar spent inside and for every gallon purchased at the pump, ensuring all types of visits are rewarded.
  • Automated Club Modules: To encourage repeat purchases of specific items, RoadDog utilizes our club modules. This popular feature automatically tracks purchases of items like coffee or slushies, awarding customers a free item after a set number of purchases (e.g., on their 9th).
  • Custom Web & Mobile App: We designed and built a branded web portal and mobile app for RoadDog. This gives their customers the power to track purchases, view their DogBones balance, and redeem them for valuable rewards like discounted gas and free merchandise, all from their phones.

  • Seamless Reward Application: As soon as a customer's purchase criteria are met, the earned fuel discount is automatically calculated and tied directly to their loyalty account. This eliminates the need for paper coupons and creates a frictionless customer experience.
  • Effortless Redemption at the Pump: The loyalty cycle is completed when customers visit a Miller’s Market fuel station. They simply identify their loyalty account at the pump, and their earned discounts are automatically applied, delivering immediate and tangible savings.
